The first picture is a pahani issued by government on 2003 giving away the names of the property holders at that time in 12th column.
The second picture is pahani issued in 1954 ,the first of its kind tells the names of the ppl holding the property
The important thing to note here is that the respective sale deeds of all transactions taken place on the property and the pahanis issued by government should match to confirm that the property has clear title. |
